- Confirmation of booking by written confirmation and/or deposit of EUR 100 per person.
- When using IBAN and BIC(Swift), your transfer within the EU will not cost more than a domestic transfer.

- You will not receive a confirmation of the receipt of the deposit. We will contact you if the deposit does not go through.
Cancellation:
The cancellation fees are calculated according to the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry. These state in § 5 par. 5.5 - 5.6

- The prices are per apartment at occupancy with the indicated number of persons; excl. local tax
OT per person/day € 2,30 - Final cleaning in the large apartment € 90,--; in the apartment Frauenkogel € 60,--; in the apartment Saukarkopf € 55,-- and in the studio € 45,--.
- Additional cleaning during the stay EUR 50.00
- Child in crib free
- Package fees including ski pass upon request.
- Payment in CASH or with EC card, no credit cards accepted.
- Check in from 2:00 PM, Check out by 10:00 AM.
- Dogs € 10.00 per day without feed. Please bring a bed or blanket with you.
- Children's equipment provided upon request. (Crib, High Chair, Nappy Basket, Rocking Chair;)The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
- In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
