Deposits:
- For confirmed Reservations we ask you to please pay a deposit of EUR 75,00 per apartment reservation.
- For the use of IBAN and BIC(Swift) your bank transfer does not cost any more than an inland transfer, as long as its within the EU.
- When paying by using money transfers, please state your full address as purpose of payment.
- You will not receive confirmation upon receipt of deposit. We will contact you if the deposit does not reach us.
Cancellation according to ABGH § 5
We reserve the rights to impose a surcharge due to cancellation. The cancellation surchage is calculated according to the AGBH. According to § 5 para. 5.5 - 5.6

With regards to late arrival or early departure, the total price is due for payment excl. costs that have not been incurred, meals that have not been consumed (evening meals EUR 8,00 and breakfast EUR 5,00)

- Prices are per apartment including the calculated number of persons
- Final clean-up is charged additional: to 3 pers. EUR 25,00, from 4 pers. EUR 42,00 per apartment
- Additional clean-up while your stay: EUR 15,--
- Babys sleeping in a crib are free
- Payment by EC card, Maestro or cash. We do not take credit card payments!
- Check in from 2 PM, Check out until 10 AM
- We charge € 5 per day for dogs; food is not provided Please bring a basket or a blanket for your four-legged friend!
- Children furnishing could be organised for you.
- To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This is also provided by us in collaboration with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
